April '08

Home again, home again

April was a beautiful month to come back home to. The weather was nice, I was with family and friends, Trevor visited, I celebrated my birthday for a whole week, and nat came home.

Between these exciting events, boredom took over. This is the only way to explain why I would have spent a day out with the horses. There is something about horse dander and snakes in the barn that throw me off from what beautiful creatures they are.

These are pictures of my mom working Victory.

The stir craziness of Tyrone came to an end when Trevor came down. Both of our roommates, Alex Cardin and Lisa, live in Savannah. So we drove down for a weekend with them both.
Lisa is with child, the little girl will be born the beginning of August! First of our lot to have a little one, very exciting.
Trevor and Alex enjoyed their romantic days.
Lisa and I too.
My birthday was on a Friday and so we all went out to dinner. David, Lisa, me, Trevor, and Alex Cardin.
After a four hour drive home (during which Trevor refused to eat a boiled peanut, crazy) we got to my house and the family came over for sandwiches and birthday cake. Pictured bellow are the cousins. Dera with an eye infection, Terry with tatties. That should explain why I love them so much.
We walked to the Stanfield's and played with their animals. Trevor got along well with the goats. Oh, if his city-slick boss could see him now.
On the last day of Trevor's stay we did an all sports night. (I'm that kind) We ate dinner at the ESPN zone,
and then went to a Braves game.
After Trevor left he moved up to Toronto and started his new job as an IT Marketing Manager for Infotek.
The weekend after my birthday I went out with my sweet cousins Dera and Rachel. Dera and I saw the French Kicks and ate a gross amount of nachos.
We then caught up with Rachel who lives in Atlanta now.
